Hanna Gempp studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main from 2001-2006. During her legal clerkship, she was already working on food law in an international commercial law firm. She continued working there after the second state examination and then obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in "International Studies in Intellectual Property Law" at the Technical University of Dresden and the Université Robert Schuman (CEIPI) in Strasbourg.

 

Two stations abroad via the Federal Foreign Office at the German Consulate General in New York and at the German Embassy in Paris complete her profile.

 

In 2014 Ms. Gempp joined the law firm Sander & Krüger for the first time as a lawyer. From 2017 to 2020 she worked as an in-house lawyer for the headquarters for combating unfair competition. Here she headed the “Food and Drinks” department.

 

Ms. Gempp  joined the the team of Sander & Krüger again as a lawyer in February 2021. She advises in particular on food law and drug advertising law and supports domestic and international operating companies, in disputes with authorities, competitors and competition associations.
