Attorney Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Erhard Denninger, emeritus professor for public law and legal philosophy at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, joined the firm in 2002 after having worked for pharmaceutical associations as an expert on constitutional and administrative law issues for decades.

 

His professional activities included the office of Rector of the University of Frankfurt am Main, Head of the Science and Art Department in the (former) Hessian Ministry of Education, the activity as an expert member of an inquiry commission of the German Bundestag, and further as chairman of the expert commission »State objectives and legislative mandates «of the federal government, as deputy member of the Constitutional Court of the Free State of Thuringia and as visiting professor in Chicago and Rome.

 

For pharmaceutical companies, he mainly oversees sample processes with a constitutional background.
