After studying law at the Philipps University of Marburg and subsequent doctorate on questions of pharmaceutical liability with Prof. Dr. W. Voit (Marburg), Dr. Carsten Krüger has been working for the law firm Forstmann Kleist & Partner in Frankfurt/Main since 2003 in the fields of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, pharmacy and medical device law. In 2004, Dr. Carsten Krüger became partner.

 

In 2012, Dr. Carsten Krüger founded the law firm Sander & Krüger in Frankfurt / Main, partnership of lawyers together with Dr. Axel Sander.

 

Dr. Krüger is author and co-author of numerous specialist publications, particularly in the field of pharmaceutical law as well as lecturer in the master’s course in pharmaceutical law at the Philipps University of Marburg.

 

Dr. Krüger advises national and international companies in all areas of the life cycle of drugs, medical products, food and cosmetics. The spectrum of clients ranges from international corporations to small and medium-sized companies from all areas of the production and distribution chain of health-related products.

 

Dr. Carsten Krüger represents his clients in national and international courts, including the European Court of Justice.
